Synthese: Journal of Synthesis in Mathematics Education ensures the long-term preservation and accessibility of all published content. To achieve this, the journal implements the following archiving strategies:

  1. Digital Archiving
    • All published articles are assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) to guarantee persistent identification and citation.
    • Articles are archived on the journal’s official website and stored securely on the publisher’s server.
  2. Indexing and Repository Archiving
    • The journal deposits content in indexing services and academic repositories to ensure wide dissemination.
    • Authors are encouraged to self-archive their published articles in institutional repositories, personal websites, or academic social networks (such as ResearchGate, Academia.edu), provided proper citation and link to the original source are included.
  3. LOCKSS and CLOCKSS (if integrated later)
    • The journal is committed to joining global digital preservation initiatives such as LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS, to ensure content remains accessible even in the event of technical failures.
  4. Preservation Policy
    • Backups of all published materials are created and maintained regularly.
    • In the event the journal ceases publication, all previously published content will remain permanently available and accessible.

This archiving policy reflects the commitment of Nusantara Academic Press to safeguard scholarly work and support the principle of permanent open access to knowledge.
